Frequently Asked Questions

Everything worth knowing before you order.

01What's the difference between Level 1 and Level 2 armour?

All Motrox armour is CE certified to the EN 1621 standard. Level 1 covers everyday impact protection; Level 2 absorbs more impact energy, for track and racing. On any product that offers an armour choice, you pick the level yourself.

02How do I order a custom suit?

You don't have to place an order first. Get in touch or drop us an email and we'll start from there — we send a simple measurement form with a visual guide and walk you through every step before anything goes into production.

03Can I customise my gear?

Yes — and not just suits. Colours, logos, names and team branding are available across the range. What's possible varies by product and request, so just ask. See our Custom Work page for examples.

04How long does a custom order take?

Once your measurements — and any custom design details — are confirmed and approved, production and delivery typically take 15–19 business days. The clock starts from final approval, not the order date.

05What if my Kevlar jeans don't fit?

No stress — if the size isn't right, you can return them for an exchange. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering to get it right first time.

06Why aren't your Kevlar jeans fully lined?

By design. We build our jeans with Kevlar reinforcement panels in the high-impact zones — seat, hips and knees — rather than a full lining. A head-to-toe lining adds bulk and heat without adding protection where it isn't needed; targeted panels keep the jeans lighter, cooler and more comfortable while still protecting what matters.
